Ergens bij Eva, there is a place where you can spend the night in various ways, close to nature, the forest, and among wildflowers and grasses, and where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast.
Somewhere near Eva, it is still truly quiet, truly dark, and a phenomenal starry sky is visible. It is a place on the edge of many beautiful, vast Drenthe forests where you can walk and cycle endlessly and feel at one with nature.
You can sleep in your own tent in a private spot enclosed by bushes, overlooking the field of red clover towards the forest edge of the Schoonloo Forest Reserve. These spots feature a small jetty on the earthen embankment with a private terrace from which you can—truly—see one of the most beautiful sunsets.

You can sleep in your own tent in a private spot enclosed by bushes, overlooking the field of red clover towards the forest edge of the Schoonloo Forest Reserve. You can also choose to sleep in our furnished bell tent, which is delightfully hidden on a small hill among the trees, overlooking the forest edge. In the tree in front of the tent, you can spot deer, hares, and cranes from a real tree chair and enjoy the sound of various birds of prey over the field.
If you are not so keen on camping, there are two atmospheric, spacious double rooms with private entrances, filled with plants, featuring a cozy seating area, and furnished with charming antique furniture.
Or come and park your own camper at our only camper pitch, equipped with water and electricity connections.
If you want to stay completely self-sufficient, book the Veldhuisje, a wonderfully comfortable holiday cottage for 2 people with its own kitchen, bathroom, and small garden with a hammock.
Ergens bij Eva is located directly on the Drenthepad, the oldest long-distance hiking trail in the Netherlands. The Pieterpad is also just a few minutes' walk away.
